Located in the heart of Zagreb, the Oto Reisinger Cartoon House is a unique multimedia exhibition space dedicated to the most famous Croatian cartoonist.

Although an architect by profession, Ota's main vocation in life was drawing. In a rich career, which lasted over half a century, in addition to primarily situational caricature, he tried his hand at numerous similar directions such as portrait caricature, comics, illustrating books, scenography and animated film. He was a humorist who was as quick with his tongue as with his pen.

The Caricature House shows different phases of Reisinger's work and life, from children's comics, book illustrations, serious political comments, social reviews to interpersonal relationships and erotica. As his main creative medium was caricature, which during his lifetime was intended for printed editions, visitors will be able to see

Otina's original drawings that were printed for various large domestic and foreign newspapers. Also, the House of Cartoons refines and modernizes his work through various animations and interactive content where visitors will enter the unforgettable world of his characters.
